The door frame is constructed from aluminium profiles including a thermal break to reduce thermal transference from the outer to inner skin. The door leaf is made from 2.5mm (outer) and 1.5mm (inner) aluminium sheets (some designs may differ).
The doors inner core, assembly profiles and frames are filled with a strong environmentally friendly Freon free PU foam. Triple all round perimeter rubber weather sealing completes a combination that gives Frontal entrance doors the performance values listed below.
