Key information:
The Ideal 8000 system has a 6-chamber frame structure with a construction depth of 85 mm, equipped with triple sealing (2 external seals, 1 central) and capable of integrating glazing units uto 52 mm thick.
The IDEAL 8000 series has been designed to maximize energy savings and comfort of use
Characteristics and use:
The IDEAL 8000 system is the result of implementing advanced technological solutions that aim to provide exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation parameters.
The construction depth increased to 85 mm, the six-chamber profile structure and three seals significantly improve the thermal and acoustic insulation of windows.
The system achieves a heat transfer coefficient of Uf1.0 W/m²K, which places it at the forefront of solutions dedicated to energy-efficient construction.
The possibility of using glazing units uto 52 mm wide allows for the design of windows with very low heat transfer.
Thanks to the use of a third seal and the creation of a so-called dry chamber, in which the fittings are placed, the tightness of the window and the durability of the fitting mechanisms are increased.
A special extruded central rebate, to which the internal seal adheres, guarantees better tightness of the structure, as well as makes it difficult to force the sash open, limiting the possibility of getting to the fittings.
Thanks to the use of a third seal and the creation of a so-called dry chamber, in which the fittings are placed, not only the tightness of the window is increased, but also the durability and strength of the fitting mechanisms.
The IDEAL 8000 system enables an effective combination of two paths to achieve high energy efficiency: by increasing the depth of the profiles and the number of chambers and by the possibility of resigning from the use of steel reinforcements in favor of the "bonding inside" technology, i.e.
gluing the glass into the profile.
The thermal transmittance coefficient Uf 1.0 W/m²K and the possibility of using glazing units with a Ug 0.5 W/m²K coefficient allow for obtaining a thermal insulation coefficient Uw at the level of 0.76 W/m²K for the reference window, which is an expression of the commitment to achieve exceptional energy-saving parameters.
Additionally, the "bonding inside" technology improves the thermal and static parameters of the structure, allowing for partial abandonment of steel reinforcements.
The centering fin and special glue used for gluing the panes provide appropriate support for the glazing units, which stabilizes the structure and limits its susceptibility to deformation resulting from operational loads and weather conditions.
